How long does a typical grooming appointment take?
Full grooming services typically take 2-3 hours, while bath & tidy services take 1-2 hours. Since we groom one pet at a time in our mobile salon, we can provide focused attention without the delays common in traditional salons. Your pet's exact service duration will depend on their size, coat condition, and chosen package.
What happens if there's no access to water or electricity at my location?
Not to worry! Our state-of-the-art mobile salon is fully self-contained with its own water tanks and power generator. We only need access to a level parking spot within 50 feet of your home. Our heated water system and climate-controlled van ensure your pet's comfort regardless of external conditions.
Do you require proof of vaccinations?
Yes, for everyone's safety, we require proof of current rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations before your pet's first appointment. You can easily upload vaccination records through our online booking platform when scheduling. We'll send reminders when updates are needed.
What if my pet becomes anxious or aggressive during grooming?
Our certified groomers are extensively trained in handling nervous or stressed pets. We take a patient, gentle approach and can take breaks as needed. If we notice significant anxiety, we'll adjust our techniques or discuss breaking the service into shorter sessions. Our one-on-one attention allows us to provide personalized care based on your pet's comfort level.
What forms of payment do you accept, and when is payment required?
We accept all major credit cards, digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Payment is processed at the completion of service. For new clients, we require a $25 deposit at booking to secure your appointment, which is applied to your final service cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
